Its construction is very complex for five layers: inner and outer helix, liner, carcass and cover. And also there are four types namely PG (Polypropylene coated steel inner helix and high tensile galvanized carbon steel outer helix), PS (Polypropylene coated steel inner helix and 316L stainless steel outer helix), SG (316L stainless steel inner helix, and high tensile galvanized carbon steel outer helix) and SS (316L stainless steel inner helix and 316L stainless steel outer helix).
Liner: multiple layers of PTFE films.
Carcass: multiple layers of polypropylene fabrics, films and polyester barrier layers.
Cover: abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric.

Inner diameter: 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 65mm, 75mm and 100mm.
Outside diameter: 38mm, 52mm, 64mm, 80mm, 92mm and 120mm.
Bend radius: 90mm, 125mm, 160mm, 180mm, 220mm and 350mm.
Working pressure: 10 bar.
Length: 15m.
Couplings: externally swaged: NPT threaded; cam and groove, fixed, floating, reducing flange, etc.
